REIKI
Reiki, often called "Universal Life Force Energy" or simply " Light Energy" is an ancient healing art
experiencing quite a resurgence of use today. Life Force Energy is all around us, permeates every cell and
organ in our bodies and is easily channeled from a practitioner (me) to any other living person, place or thing.
The person being treated is lightly clothed and can be sitting in a chair or laying down during a session. Light
hand placement over chakras and internal organs allow this energy to be channeled directly into the client.
There are no known side effects to receiving Reiki Energy and Reiki can be found in many hospitals today
around the world. Reiki Energy can "do no harm" and works very well in supporting other healing modalities
such as Western, Eastern, Herbal and Homeopathic Medical Technologies.
HOW REIKI CAN BENEFIT YOU.....
When our Life Force Energy is low or out of balance, we are more likely to experience physical illness, mental
confusion and depression, anxiety and a general feeling of "being out of sorts". Since Reiki Energy permeates
and treats the entire person, effects can be felt on every level.... physical, mental, emotional and spiritual.
Having a balanced, optimum energy level in our physical body assists GREATLY in reducing the side effects
of medications such as chemotherapy and anesthesia, helps wounds heal faster, reduces post surgical down

Participants in this class/workshop learn about their own Energy Fields and how you relate to others through
this field.

In this class/workshop you will learn simple techniques and exercises to ground into the Earth and draw the
Earth's energy up into and through your body for self healing, passing Energy through your hands to pets,
plants, food or loved ones. Learn about Chakras and how they effect you when not balanced. The uses are
endless...
Energy Fitness is taught privately and by Workshop.
Workshop Fee: $ 50.00 per person, with a minimum of 4 participants on Eastern Long Island.
$ 100.00 per person, with a minimum of 6 participants in New York City
