ANIMAL REIKI
Reiki, is a Japanese word for "Universal Light Energy". This energy is within and all around us and we can
channel it to any living thing. An ancient healing art, Reiki energy can flow through the hands of the
practitioner and into the animal being treated, enhancing and accelerating the natural healing processes in
the body.
Reiki is ideal for use with animals because it is gentle, non-invasive and can be directed toward the animal
up close or from a distance. Reiki yields powerful results without causing stress or discomfort and animals
respond intuitively to Reiki's power to balance and heal emotional, behavioral and physical illnesses and
injuries. Even animals in the wild enjoy Reiki offered from a distance.
For HEALTHY animals, Reiki helps maintain optimum levels of health, enhances relaxation and provides an
emotional sense of peace and contentment. Reiki works especially well with helping RESCUED animals
adapt to their new environments and work through their trust issues with humans or other pets.
For animals who are ILL, Reiki is a wonderful healing modality as well as a SAFE compliment to Western
Medical Care, Chinese Medicine, Homeopathy and all other forms of healing. Reiki has been shown to be
most helpful in reducing side effects from chemotherapy, help animals bleed less during surgery as well as
speed recovery from surgery, support acupuncture treatments and enhance the effects of homeopathy and
medicines in general.
SENIOR animals often fall victim to the debilitating effects of arthritis which can greatly restrict movement
through the neck, shoulders, lower back, hips and knees. Reiki (especially when combined with massage)
works wonders in helping to gently restore movement and enhance range of motion, while also restoring
your pets energy levels to optimum levels.
For DYING animals, Reiki is a powerful, yet gentle way to provide comfort, relief from pain, fear, anxiety and
to ease the transition to death while still honoring and supporting life. These sessions, especially when
combined with Animal Communication can really be helpful to the pet owner in helping them to accept and
participate in the closing of the relationship.

CANINE & EQUINE MASSAGE THERAPY
Whether your beloved animal is a competing athlete or a senior couch potato, Massage Therapy is very
beneficial to their overall health and well being.
BENEFITS
Massage stimulates circulation (increasing flow of nutrients to muscles)
Rebalances the energy system
Aids in flushing fluids from the muscles and tissues (reducing recovery time)
Reduces Inflammation
Eases muscles spasms and allows for optimum range of joint motion to be realized
Massage can also be important for the animal that does not get enough exercise, colics easily, seems
generally stressed or is traumatized for any reason. Through regular massage sessions I can often identify,
treat and release muscle spasms BEFORE they become problems and reduce or eliminate the need for
muscle relaxants or anti-inflamatories.
The form of Animal Massage I offer is Energy based (like Amma Therapy Massage for people) and will not
interfere with any Western Medical practices or Herbal Therapies your pet may be involved with.

ANIMAL COMMUNICATION
Animals communicate with us everyday through the 'language" of Telepathy. As a student of clairvoyance,
this means when I pose a question to an animal I combine words with a mental image and receive the reply
in a mix of mental pictures (like a movie), words, dialogue and feelings. Telepathic communication is an
innate ability we are born with and as children use it regularly. As we age and become more busy with our
"outward" lives we tend to spend less and less time being quiet and in touch with our intuition. Its still there,
we just access it on a les regular basis in our everyday lives. Its amazing how quickly these skills return to
us when we spend time being quiet, intentionally releasing fears and doubts about our abilities and adopting
a level of certainty about our skills. Just watch a small child interact with a pet or a parent alter a child's
behavior with a look and you can SEE telepathy at work.
In a communication session I generally sit with an owner and their pet (or pets) and pose a simple question
to the owner such as "What would you like to know today about .......(animals name)"? Generally before the
person has finished posing the question the animal is already answering. Do animals occasionally have
